Don't Guess! We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

After that, it's yours.

What's Eligible

We accept returns on items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags still attached

You can try it on — just don't live in it.

What's Not Coming Back

We don't accept:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Anything with stains, odors (yes, that includes deodorant), or pet hair

  • Items returned after 14 days

If it looks used, it is used.

Exchanges (Recommended)

Wrong size? No problem.

We offer size exchanges (U.S. only) — because we'd rather get you the right fit than lose you.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refund goes back to your original payment method

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive it

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Use a trackable service — if it gets lost, we can't refund it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we messed up, we'll fix it.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.

Final Sale

No returns or exchanges on:

  • Clearance items

  • Limited drops

  • Gift cards
